New Image Mixers was born out of the idea from Larry Lee, owner of Lee's Ready Mix for 47 years and owner of New Image Mixers.  Along with Bill Nall, Richard Jackson, and John Brooks, all with 25 years experience in the front discharge manufacturing business.

In winter of 2015, Lee's Ready Mix decided to refurbish five of their older front discharge mixers.  Halfway through the project, Larry, Bill, Richard, and John looked at each other and wondered if anyone else would like it done to their trucks.  Thus, the beginning of New Image Mixers.

In spring of 2016, New Image Mixers was established in a 10,000 square foot building.  By fall of 2016, they out grew the facility and moved to a 35,000 square foot building in Shelbyville, Indiana, owned by Larry Lee.  In April of 2017, there was a fire, which completely shut them down.

In April 2018, they reopened in a 82,000 square foot facility, located in a different area of the building.  In this facility they set up a complete assembly line with 10 trucks in progress at all times.

They installed a tear down area, a state of the art sand blast booth with reclaim system, and an Eagle paint booth with five mil BTU cure cycle.  Along with a 180 foot overhead bridge crane with 10 ton 2 ton capacitiy.  With this capability, they are able to completely refurbish your truck in a 90 working days  time frame.
